Oil-filling and oil-collecting units
Oil-filling units manufactured by Turbotect Saint-Petersburg Ltd. are designed to replace non-recoverable losses in the oil supply systems of gas compressor units and in-house power plants.
The oil-filling unit is capable of:
- filling its tank from using a stationary pump of the oil and lubricants storage
- filling its tank from barrels of the oil and lubricant storage using its own portable pumps (scope of supply of the oil-filling unit)
- oil transportation from storage to point of destination
- heating of the oil in its tank
- transfer of the oil from its tank to the oil supply system of the gas compressor unit
- flushing of the oil supply system of the gas compressor unit (MZU01-01P and MZU01-02P only).
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE OIL-FILLING UNIT
The main component of the oil-filling unit is its oil-pumping station consisting of two separate hydraulic systems for different types of oil.
The oil-pumping station has two 300l tanks, one for each hydraulic system, oil pumps connected to an oil piping system with filters and shut-off valves.
Connection couplings are designed to ensure quick connection and disconnection of filling hoses and to prevent oil leakage during the filling process and hose disconnection.
Metal components with oil contact are made of stainless steel.
The oil-filling unit is equipped with a control and alarm system monitoring the main operation parameters (oil level in the tanks, pipe pressure, oil temperature, etc.).
The oil-filling units are available in three modifications: MZU01, MZU01-01 (MZU01-01P), MZU01-02 (MZU01-02P)
MZU01
The oil-filling unit MZU01 is designed for use in areas with a moderate climate. MZU01 complies with the climatic category 'U' according to GOST 15150-88, location category 1.
MZU01-01
The oil-filling unit MZU01-01 is designed for use inside hangers or buildings of gas compressor units or gas-turbine power plants. MZU01-01 complies with the climatic category 'U' according to GOST 15150-88, location category 3.
MZU01-02
The oil-filling unit MZU01-02 is designed for use at low ambient temperatures. The unit complies with the climatic category 'HL' according to GOST 15150-88, location category 1.

MZU01-01P and MZU01-02P are equipped with two additional oil pumps to flush the oil supply system allowing the oil in the oil supply system tanks to be filtered.

The oil-collecting unit USM01.1 is designed to drain the oil from the oil supply system of the gas compressor and to transfer it to its own tank, move the oil to an oil cleaning system or to the fuel and lubricant storage.
