GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The interior washing unit UVP01-2 is a revolutionary system designed for removing contaminants from the internal tube surfaces of an air-cooled gas cooler by circulating AVOTECT AC-100 and other technical fluids in the tubes.

The unit is designed as a framed skid consisting of the following equipment:

  • pumps;
  • strainers;
  • piping;
  • shut-off and control valves;
  • control panel.

The skid is equipped with wheels for moving on solid floors. The frame is used as a base for mounting the protective canopy. The scope of supply includes flanged hoses for connecting the skid to the gas cooler, tanks liquids, compressor and various tools.
